Membership Plus & Perks Cards FAQ

What discounts are available with Membership Plus and Perks cards?
  • Restaurant Offer: Receive 10% off your total bill. Please note that some restrictions apply; see terms below for more details.
  • Guesthouse Offer: Enjoy 20% off Bed & Breakfast (B&B) from Sunday to Thursday and 10% off B&B on Fridays and Saturdays. This offer is subject to availability.
  • Group Bookings: Group bookings are welcome; however, only one cardholder per table can redeem the discount.
  • Maximum Discount Limit: The maximum discount available is £50 per visit.
  • Menu Restrictions: The 10% discount applies to main menu items only and cannot be combined with any other offer, special menu, or on special occasion days (such as holidays).
  • Validity: The discount is valid only when the Membership Plus or Perks card is presented.

  • Booking Restrictions: The 20% discount for B&B is available from Sunday to Thursday, and a 10% discount is available on Fridays and Saturdays.
  • Exclusion Dates: The 20% discount does not apply during the following dates:
    • 22nd December 2024 to 1st January 2025
    • 20th April 2025 to 5th May 2025
    • 1st June 2025 to 30th September 2025
    • 21st December 2025 to 1st January 2026

  • To receive the guesthouse discount, you must call us directly to make a booking. Please mention your Membership Plus or Perks cardholder status during the call.
